FS 1-2 friends decorated beautiful Christmas paper trees with wools and straws.

We collected colours of wool and crossed them, then cut pieces of straws and added to the paper tree.

Also, we made Christmas ornaments using colourful clays.

It was so fun to use a variety of materials.

They are getting to improve their motor skills now.

Well done guys, I hope you guys are all have a warm winter holiday.

Y1-2 friends created Christmas ornaments using colourful clays.

Basically, they designed the symbol of image with white clay and added and made shapes on with different colour of clays. Also, we created a snowy day with our picture. They look so warm and beautiful. You can see their beautiful work displayed in our hall.

Y3-5 students created beautiful Christmas stained glass art using cellophane papers this week!

Their stained glass works created a good atmosphere of Christmas.

All of them so concentrated so well to do this.

Y6-9 students created art for decorating our hall and lettering design “Merry Christmas” this week.

FS1-2 friends created beautiful Elves and Santa clauses for Christmas.

We talked about which we like more between the two of them, what colour costume and what shape of hat suits them.

And we chose one character from them.

We paused like happy Elves and Santa Clauses and took pictures to be an Elf and Santa Clause.

Then on the prepared designed felt we coloured in.

Now we have become a beautiful Santa and Elf.

How do the FS1-2 friends look?

They are so cute, aren’t they?

We finally completed our winter tree and hills.

This week we were painting snow on our hills and added trees which drawn different on a pattern and we drew snowman beside winter trees.

Now we can see it is absolutely winter in the picture.

What’s Christmas without a wreath? And what’s a wreath without some bright red and green on it?

We’ve made this wreath with paper poinsettias for decorating our school looks festive for Christmas season.

Also, it’s Poinsettia Day on the 12th of December!

For this lesson we began by taking about what symmetry is and the difference between linear symmetry (1 line of symmetry) and radial symmetry (more than 1 line of symmetry). We used a template for the flower and designed leaves ourselves.

Y3-5 students absolutely loved this project! They are already super into our poinsettia project. It will be displayed in our hall.

We separated the groups and created decorations for decorating our hall.

One group was making big snowmen, another one was making poinsettia flowers, the other are a singing Rudolph. We had so much fun with this Christmas project!

Today we decorated our painting and completed our beautiful wreath.

Also, we watched a story of a snowman and drew our snowman.

We drew and added onto our snowmen a warm hat, scarf, mittens for him not to be cold.

But we don’t want to our snowman to disappear because of getting warm, because we love our snowman. 😊

If snowman is sick our wonderful FS1-2 friends will take care of them and make new snowman again.

Don’t worry our snowmen friends!

Y1-2 friends created an angel for Christmas ornaments.

We painted white colour on prepared popsicle and drew the angel face and wings.

We would love to have a beautiful heart like our angels.
