The F2-Y1 children decorated the background of the bird drawing they created last week.
We created beautiful patterns of birch trees and added on nests.
It was fun to use ink roller to make the pattern of birch tree trunks.
Look at these beautiful birds and nests the F2-1 children accomplished!!

This week we completed the ‘Anthony Browne’ art project and made an Easter card in the rest of the time.
Each students’ work is so fantastic!! Their work is display on in the library.

This week F2-Y1 children have had fun learning about different kind of birds.
We talked about birds we knew and their body parts on a template of a bird.
Afterwards, the children were given a template of a bird and added patterns of feathers and wings to it.
We are going to add a nest and a house of the bird for next week.
Well done, guys!!!
This week Y2-3 students coloured their chosen sketched animal.
We learned how to use water colour paints apply them properly.
The children chose colours which were very different to Anthony Browne’s original pictures.
The children were really engaged and enjoyed painting.
This week Y4-5 students coloured their sketches of ‘My Dad’.
They followed Anthony Browne’s style which we learned about and saw on our trip to the gallery.
Colouring time gives the children time to freely colour and express their feelings.
Their personalities show well in their work.
They all did very well.
This week the Y6-9 Students coloured their book covers they sketched.
They learned how to blend colour and describe Anthony Browne’s technique this time.
The Y-9 Students were well engaged and enjoyed colouring.
