Dear Parents, Students and Staff,
Welcome to this week’s newsletter. This week’s parent assembly included a ‘live’ debate on the merits of social media for under 16’s. It was an excellent debate and I was very impressed with how well the debate club members articulated their points of view, and the confidence with which they delivered these. My thanks to Ms. Dingli and Ms. Fuller for their excellent work with the school’s Debate Club.
International Week March 13th – 17th
HFS will hold it’s annual celebration of cultural diversity with a variety of events:-
- Wednesday 15th – International Food Share, school canteen 10 am – 12 pm
- Thursday 16th – National costume day
- Friday 17th – International student dance, school hall, EY’s – Year 2 3.30 pm – 4.10 pm, Year 3 – 9 4.15 pm – 5.10 pm. Tickets are available from Hayun in Year 8
Families leaving HFS at the end of Term Two
Families must contact the school office by Friday 17th March to allow time for the preparation of leaving certificates. Please contact the office with any queries at admin@hyundaiforeignschool.com.

- Friday 31st March EYC Spring Bonnet parade
- Friday 31st March End of Term Two school dismissed at 12.15 pm. School reopens on Monday 17th April
