Admissions Procedure
It is necessary to register a child before they can attend HFS. Parents or companies planning to bring children to Ulsan should contact the Head teacher to obtain up-to-date information about the availability of places. An application form should be completed for each child and returned directly to school one month before the child is to start at HFS. Academic records from the child's present school, a photocopy of the child's international passport and any explanation of illnesses, special needs or disciplinary procedures must be attached to the application before a child can be considered for
admission to HFS.
Admissions Checklist
- Contact the school to obtain up-to-date information regarding availability of places
- Download application forms
- Complete an application form for each student one month prior to required starting date
- Attach a photocopy of the student's passport to the application form
- Provide school with academic records from previous school in English
- Return all forms to school
- Arrange for payment of school fees
- Complete an emergency form for each student
- Complete a lunchtime supervision form
- Collect school uniform from the school office
