Hello everyone! Here we are at the end of another very successful term at Hyundai Foreign School, a term filled with challenges and new experiences for all of London class. We spent some of this week preparing for the final assembly, for this, the students will be showing some of the Science that they have learnt this term. The final assembly was fantastic and I was very impressed with the way each class showcased their work.
In Science, we had a lot of fun creating a rollercoaster to show conservation of energy, kinetic energy, and gravitational energy. The students really got into this activity, designing and making their first attempt, which sadly didn’t work. However, they showed great resilience as they tried to edit and fix the rollercoaster, but they eventually had to make another one that was successful.
For each of the other subjects, it was really about wrapping each of them ready to start term three, after the Easter break. This meant that they spent some time this week creating an Exit Point on the most recent IMYC unit Challenge. In English, they finished their biographies and when the students come back we will be focussing on Gothic Horror.
I hope everyone has a fun and restful break ready to start new learning for term three.
