Hello parents,
Thank you for your patience. I have decided we will cook a sweet treat together tomorrow. We will make Cinnamon Swirl Mug Cakes. Please send a coffee mug with your child tomorrow. If you want a mug cake also, please bring a mug for yourself. We have more than enough ingredients to accommodate anyone who wants to join us.
Here is the schedule for tomorrow:
9:00-10:00 – Good Morning. Calendar. Play Time
10:00-10:20 – Make name place tags. Set up the Hall for our picnic.
10:20-10:45 – Make the Mug Cakes
10:45 – 11:20 – Picnic Lunch in the Hall
11:20-11:30 – Get ready for the bus (pee)
11:30-12:00 – Bus to Kids Cafe
12:00-2:00 – Kids Cafe
2:00-2:30 – Bus Home
2:30-3:30 – Snack and Play at School. Circle Time. Home Time.
As you can see, we will not be having a morning snack as lunch will be quite early. Do please send a snack as I expect the kids will be hungry when we return to school which I will give them an opportunity to eat.
When can parents arrive? You can join us from 10am onward. It would be fun if you made a name place tag for yourself at our picnic area. I would definitely encourage you to be here by 10:20 to join in making the mug cakes.
