Please use this form to sign-up for after-school activities.
Please note:
- After-school activities start in Week 3 (next week)
- There will be swimming for other groups and ability levels in Term 2 and Term 3
- Activities run from 3.30pm – 4.30pm
- A bus is available after after-school activities
- We would still love some volunteers to help with swimming on Monday
- If you want to run your own club it is not too late.
