Dear Parents
Next Wednesday, 12 December, will be the parent teacher conferences. I am sure you are all eager to discuss your child’s progress with their teacher. The conferences will run during the day until 4:30 pm and students will be at school as normal. Arrangements will be made to keep students occupied while the individual parent teacher conferences are taking place. Each conference slot will be 20 minutes. The available conference slots for each class can be seen in the table below. Please fill in the slot you wish to have at your earliest convenience. The schedule will be posted at the admin office.
There will be swimming club on the day from 3:30 to 4:30 but there will not be yoga club. The school bus will operate as normal but if you do have a conference slot after 3:30 pm you will have to pick up your child.
