PTA International Food Share
What a tremendous success our PTA Food Share was! We want to thank the PTA and all the parents for the hard work that went into this event. Please see the attached pictures…
Caffeine Drinks
It has come to our attention that some students are bring caffeine drinks to school. These drinks will be sent home if seen at school. Juice only please!
World Maths Day
Our school is taking part in World Maths Day which takes place on the 7th of March. Four million students from 200 countries and territories will register for the event in 2018. This is an exciting online challenge open to all schools that utilize Mathletics. Students will be going up against students from all around the world.
Students will answer maths questions, which will earn them UNICEF points. These will be converted into money to directly support education programs where resources are desperately needed.
Your child has been registered for this event through the school and can start Warming Up. Students should log in into their existing Mathletics account and enter Live Mathletics. A new World Icon is available to prepare for next Wednesday.
Dance Party
There will be a school Dance Party on March 16th, 3:30-5:30 in the Hall. Money will be raised to help purchase computer educational software for the Swami School in India.
- The dance will be open for all HFS Students. We hope for 100% attendance.
